    Friendly staff, clean and organized resort, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, thoughtful amenities for families with babies, warm pool, delicious variety of food.

    Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

    We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was outstanding and we were impressed with the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. the aqua park was a highlight, as was the live entertainment and rooftop pool. the special diet menus were diverse and the restaurant and poolside snack bar had delicious options. The private facilities were exceptional and the location had several advantages. Cons: We encountered one minor issue during our stay, which was the spa lounge being partially closed. this did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

    I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the super clean room to the well-maintained pool. The hotel facilities, especially the proximity to the water park, were perfect for a fun-filled family vacation. The staff was excellent, always helpful and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenient parking and easy transportation options available.

    Couldn't fault the hotel or this city.

    This hotel was just what we needed for our city break! the rooms were spacious and clean, with a cozy balcony that had a great view. the swimming pool was definitely the best aspect of this place, perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. the location was also a key factor for us, being close to all the main attractions in the city.

    the air conditioning and elevator were very noisy, which made sleeping difficult.

    Spending Christmas with my family at this resort was a wonderful experience. The warm and pretty hotel pools were the best aspect of our stay, perfect for spending quality time with the family. The resort facilities were also a great plus, offering a small gym, playroom for little children, and games room for older ones. The proximity to the water park, only a one-minute walk away, was also a key location fact that we appreciated. The selection of food during our half board stay was outstanding and exceeded our expectations, offering something for everyone's taste. The spacious family room that we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and served as a cozy space for us to hang out and enjoy our vacation.

    There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The air conditioning and elevator were very noisy, which was quite unpleasant.
